Jessie (Jessica) Demers worked as a curator and education programmer at the Nelson Museum, Archives, and Art Gallery (then Touchstones Nelson) from 2011 to 2015. Exhibitions featured regional and internationally renowned artists and included historical exhibits based on issues relevant to the local community. Programming included Family Sundays, school programs, exhibition tours, and special events.
