Somatica

This body of work was my first explicit exploration of adoption through my sculpture practice. These pieces were part of a group exhibition I curated titled Somatica, which focussed on the ways we hold memories and emotions in our bodies. The exhibition took place in 2006 at Xchanges Gallery and included Anita Schoepp, Mary-Anne Wensley, and Percilia Caton.
